From Kancelaria Patentowa Łukaszyk

The origins of our office reach 1992, when patent attorney Mrs. Maria Łukaszyk MSc established her own Patent Office after almost 30 years of professional activity (under a prior communist regime in Poland it was not legally possible). The family tradition of Łukaszyk Patent Office is now continued and developed by Mrs. Łukaszyk’s son, patent attorney Szymon Łukaszyk PhD.

Quite accidentally the history of our office somehow coincides with the history of the worldwide web. And here's how it goes taken from this perspective...

September 1996 - September 2000

This was the second website of WiMa Patent office. No substantial changes to the layout and content of the website were introduced as compared to the first version which wasn't - unfortunately - archived and remains lost in the twilights of the cyberspace.

October 2000 - December 2003

This time changes of the website content and graphic were substantial. The German version was also provided.

April 2004 - June 2004

The office split in two after Mrs. Maria Łukaszyk - our founder - passed away. Mrs. Joanna Marek runs her patent office at WiMa Patent, while Szymon Łukaszyk runs his office at the present name. Here's how our website looked in 2004.

July 2004 - April 2005

Small changes in graphics. Frankly saying it seems like a small step backward comparing to the previous version.

May 2005 - October 2009

New website was redesigned on the basis of MediaWiki engine (the one used by Wikipedia) for the reason of multilingual support (Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Russian and Spanish) and simplicity of distributed editing.

November 2009 - ...
