From Kancelaria Patentowa Łukaszyk

The origins of our office reach 1992, when patent attorney Mrs. Maria Łukaszyk MSc established her own Patent Attorneys’ Office (Kancelaria Patentowa) after almost 30 years of professional activity (under a prior communist regime in Poland it was not legally possible).

There is no doubt that due to her unmitigated professional qualifications, reliability of services, personal commitment, and individual approach to each and every client and case, as well as due to her close cooperation with European intellectual property organizations Mrs. Łukaszyk established close business relations and trust not only with many foreign firms and institutions but also with numerous individual inventors and designers.

The family tradition of the Kancelaria Patentowa Łukaszyk is now continued and developed by Mrs. Łukaszyk’s son, patent attorney Szymon Łukaszyk PhD.

Up to the moment the Office has filed more than 600 patent applications, including more than 400 PCT and European patent applications.

The Office attorneys are registered to practice before the Polish Patent Office, European Patent Office and Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (trademarks and designs). The Office also cooperates with many renowned foreign associates around the world.

As a firm of patent attorneys, the Office help our clients to protect their innovations by means of patents, utility models, designs and, of course, by good advice, maintaining our traditions of providing the services of utmost quality since 1992.
